Lottery Licenses

Raffle license applications can be printed off the City of Flin Flon website or picked up in person at City Hall. 

City of Flin Flon raffle licenses can only be obtained by submitting a completed Raffle License application following the current rules and regulations at City Hall.

Any changes need to be submitted in writing. Please note changes do not come into effect until written approval has been received.

Financial statements are due 30 days after the date of the draw and can be brought to City Hall or emailed to rhydamaka@flinflon.ca.

1. Are you a charitable or religious organization?

  • If YES, proceed to question #2
  • If NO, then a license cannot be issued.

2. Is the total of your prize valuation over $3000.00?*

  • If YES, then you must apply for a licence through the Manitoba Gaming Commission
  • If NO, then an application package can be provided - Pick up at City Hall 20 First Ave Flin Flon
 * For 50/50 tickets the maximum gross revenue cannot exceed $5,000.00. The maximum prize value cannot exceed $2,500.00.
