We are 743 km northwest of Winnipeg (via Highway #10) and 547 km northeast of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (via highway #106 - the Hanson Lake Road).
In the summer months, the Flin Flon Tourist Park and Campground offers 30 non-electric and 24 electric sites as well as picnicing and tenting areas. Baker's Narrows Provincial Park boasts electric and non-electric sites, picnicing sites, as well as a scenic tower that provides a magnificent view of the surrounding lake and terrain. The city possesses a number of fine restaurants, nightspots, a scenic golf course, a boardwalk, a fitness trail, a wildlife sanctuary, and numerous lakes with sandy beaches.
