The Flin Flon Arts Council promotes arts and culture in Flin Flon and surrounding areas by supporting local talent (Flin Flon Community Choir, Flin Flon Theatre Group), various touring artists, and various arts organizations (Northern Palette Art Club, Flin Flon Pottery Club, North Star Quilter's Guild) and by offering many varied workshops and classes throughout the year (drawing/painting for adults and children, pottery). For more programming information, call the Arts Council office at (204) 687-5974. A Board of Directors, who meets monthly, governs the Flin Flon Arts Council.
